Document Description
Removal of existing restroom structure, down to a flush, finished floor elevation level with the existing walkway. The concrete foundation and seawell structure will remain. This will serve as a base platform for seasonal lifeguard tower, and terminus to an accessible walkway and wayside exhibits. The surface will be left flat wih no edges left overfrom the restroom foundation or any tripping potential.
