Issue Right of Entry (ROE) to Caltrans into Harry A. Merio State Recreation Area for the construction of three walls and associated drainage systems on the U.S. Highway101 in the Big Lagoon area, to ensure the current roadway of U.S. Highway 101 remains open to vehicular traffic. Project is needed because three localized slope failures are undermining the highway in this area.
