Document Description
This project will install swinging gates across the inbound and outbound lanes of the entrance road to the Tamarack Avenue parking lot of Carlsbad State Beach. The gates will prevent vehicle entry after hours which will eliminate the need to patrol the lot at night and will prevent the gathering of vehicles for illicit activities. Street parking is available, so beach access will not be restricted.
