Document Description
The project includes all parcels within the Airport Influence Area (AIA) for Stockton Metropolitan Airport. The airport is located at the intersection of S. Airport Way and Arch Rd. in Stockton, CA. Refer to Figure 1 of the Initial Study for a depiction of the AIA. The ALUCP provides policies for use by the San Joaquin County Airport Land Use Commission when evaluating the compatibility between proposals for land use development in the vicinity of Stockton Metropolitan Airport and the operations of the airport. The local agencies that have jurisdiction over land uses within the areas covered by this plan include San Joaquin county, and other cities of Stockton, Manteca, and Lathrop.
