Note: Review Per Lead The ALUCP provides policies for use by the San Joaquin County Airport Land Use Commission when evaluating the compatibility between proposals for land use development in the vicinity of Stockton Metropolitan Airport and the operations of these airports. The local agencies that have jurisdiction over land uses within the areas covered by this plan include San Joaquin County, and the cities of Stockton, Manteca, and Lathrop.
