The proposed 'Compost Facility' project is one of three projects under the Recology Ostrom Road Projects, for which an EIR was prepared. The new Compost Facility (CUP2015-0008) would include the construction and operation of a proposed facility to process up to 2000 tons per day of green material and food material into compost, mulch, or biomass.
