Document Description
The Recology Green Rail Project (CUP2015-0007) is one of three projects under the Recology Ostrom Road Projects, for which an Environmental Impact Report was prepared. The project would have three primary components: 1) construction of a rail-to-truck Unloading Facility adjacent to the Ostrom Road Landfill; 2) improvements to the existig Union Pacific Rail Road Rail Wye; and 3) new Rail Spur from the Unloading facility to an existing Rail Spur on Beale Air Force base property, which would be repaired and upgraded.
