Document Description
The 'Amendments to the CUP and Solid Waste Facility permit' project is one of three projects under the Recology Ostrom Road Projects, for which an Environmental Impact Report was prepared. It entails amendments to both the Conditional Use Permit (CUP2009-001) and the Solid Waste Facility Permit to clarify the waste and associated waste truck intake limits as well as alternative daily cover and other non-waste truck or vehicle anticipated counts. The project also proposed an amendment to the Recology Ostrom Road Landfill Conditional Use Permits 92-02 and 92-06 to clarify the terms of the permit related to materials brought to the site for alternative daily cover.
