Document Description
This is an addendum to the previously adopted EIR (SCG: 2015122071) that will allow for an increase in yearly tonnage limits allowed in the Feather River Air Quality Management District permit from 142,375 tons per year to 230,000 tons per year. The EIR assumed 2,000 tons per day and 730,000 tons per year.
There would be no change to any other project activities described in the EIR project description and it was determined by the FRAQMD that the proposed increase in yearly tonnage would not result in exceedance of any significance Air Quality thresholds reviewed under the EIR. All mitigation measures currently in place will remain in place.
