The Proposed Project incorporates design features and programming proposals to mitigate potential light impacts, traffic safety, and noise concerns expressed by community members including time limitations on the use of the lights (with exceptions up to six times per year), state of the art LED lighting to reduce glare, and parking for 120 vehicles.
