- Restoration of salmon and steelhead habitat in James Creek by removing a fish passage barrier, and providing access to approx. 3.4 miles of upstream spawning and rearing habitat. The Project will use quarry stone, aggregate base rock and alluvium to raise the creekbed gradually to an existing nine foot bedrock cascade.
