Document Description
Project is limited to: 1) Excavating and removing an approx. 20-foot long section of an existing failed 21-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe and outfall structure. 2) Installing a new approx. 20-foot long section of 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe with a 24-inch by 48 inch flared end. 3) Rock Slope Protection (RSP) will be placed immediately below the outfall, covering approx. 90 sq. ft. to a minimum depth of 24-inches. 4) Riparian restoration and enhancement will occur along an approx. 140 linear foot area. The project is located on the north bank of Napa River, approx. 1,000 feet south of 611 Washington Street, east of Eddy Street and west of Earl Street, in the City of Calistoga, County of Napa, State of CA.
