ARB staff is proposing to amend the Cap-and-Trade Regulation and to develop and finalize a CPP Compliance Plan for California. Approval of the proposed project, developed by the Air Resources Board, would result in the continuation of the Cap and Trade Program beyond 2020, Program linkage with Ontario, Canada, compliance with the federal Clean Power Plan, and other changes to streamline implementation of ARB's Cap and Trade Program.
