The proposed project would combine two previously approved projects and add an additional 18 units to the previously approved 102 units, for a total of 120 units. The proposed project consists of a Planned Unit Development in a gated subdivision with lot sizes ranging from 6,510 to 9,410 sq. ft. In addition, the project would include landscaping, internal circulation of a road network, including the construction of a bridge, bike path improvements, dedicated open space, and a retention basin.
