The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0282-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Central 40 LLC. The Project is part of a larger solar development. The Project authorized under this Agreement is limited to a single access road crossing over one (1) unnamed ephemeral stream. The Project includes the installation of a new corrugated metal pipe culvert and access road crossing for a length of 20 feet.
