The applicant is requesting a Vesting Tentative Tract for the subdivision of two lots in the construction of a new 85-unit residential condominium development. The project will include 78 market-rate units and 7 affordable units for Very Low Income households. The existing 32-unit apartment complex and one single-=family home will be demolished as part of the project. Parking will be provided at a rate of two and one-quarter space per unit (two per dwelling plus one-quarter guest). The building will be a maximum height of 45 feet within four stories, with a total floor area of 84,247 sq. ft. Approx. 25,000 cubic yards of earth material will be exported from the project site. The subject property contains non-protected 11 trees that will be removed as part of the project.
