The revised Addendum reflects minor changes to the Airport Master Plan: ARFF relocation moved from Phase 1 to Phase 2 of the short-term program; only a northeast vehicle service road will be constructed in the short term, while a Del Rey Gardens Dr. connection is moved to the long-term program. Short-term general aviation improvements access will be via Airport Rd. Since the Del Rey Gardens Dr. connection may not be feasible, if not constructed, the north side Light Industrial and Office Park shall not be approved or constructed.
