The project would amend and update the existing Specific Plan and contain a comprehensive set of plans, exhibits, regulations, conditions and programs for orderly development within the City of San Fernando. The update to the Specific Plan would expand the boundaries from the existing Specific Plan and promote the development of a walkable, mixed-use, multi-modal environment that accommodates housing, retail, office, and light industrial uses.
