The proposed project is a 154,451 sq. ft. industrial facility to be located on the southeast corner of the terminus of Lexington Way in the City of San Bernardino. The Proposed Project includes the construction and operation of a high-cube Industrial warehouse and/or manufacturing facility on approx. 7.12-acres along Lexington Way southwest of the intersection of Lexington Way and Hallmark Parkway in the City of San Bernardino. The Project site has been previously disturbed and is served by existing infrastructure such as roads and sidewalks. The site is devoid of sensitive plant and wildlife species.
