Note: Per TAMC, tiered. This project is a long-range planning document outlining existing and proposed bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure improvements and programs throughout Monterey County. The Active Transportation Plan is within the scope of the 2018 Regional Transportation Plan, which was analyzed in the 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy environmental impact report, certified by the Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments and considered by TAMC in adopting the Monterey County Active Transportation Plan. This project is exempt from paying the full fee; the EIR has already been filled and all fees paid.
