Document Description
The project pertains to a zoning code amendment to establish mixed-use development standards and a zoning map amendment to rezone parcels of land to mixed-use zoning districts to be consistent with the City's General Plan. In addition, the project includes rezoning parcels of land to a residential a land use district to be consistent with the City's General Plan residential land use designation. An addendum to the City’s General Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) was prepared for this project which concludes that the proposed updates to the Zoning Code do not result in any new or greater environmental impact than was previously analyzed, disclosed, and mitigated.
