Analysis of refinements to the scope described in the Oct 25, 2016, Puente Hills Landfill Park Master Plan Program Environmental Impact Report to determine if refinements warrant further review. Refinements include expansion of the Visitor Center from 8,600 sf to 22,846 sf; a new 9,178 sf Composting Area; a new 300 ft-long elevated trail/bridge; expansion of Overlook Plaza from 6,000 sf to 10,000 sf; and removal of Zip Line and Trail Lift. It was determined that an Addendum is appropriate.
