Document Description
The San Bernardino County Dept. of Public works (County) proposes to replace a timber trestle bridge, known as the Dola Ditch Bridge (County Local Bridge No. 81, Caltrans Bridge No. 54C0285) on a San Bernardino County maintained National Trails Hwy, known as CA U.S. Hwy 66/National Trials Hwy (CA Highway 66/NTH), and traditionally known as Route 66. The Dola Ditch Bridge is located in San Bernardino County, approx. 7.7 miles east of the unincorporated community of Amboy. The Dola Ditch Bridge Replacement Project would consist of the replacement of the existing and structurally deficient 1930/1931 timber trestle bridge, with a new, engineered timber bridge.
