The proposed facility will be a large volume transfer/processing facility that will receive recyclables, municipal solid waste, construction and demolition debris, green material and wood waste; hours of receipt of Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; hours of operation of Sunday to Saturday 24 hours per day; permitted maximum tonnage of 500 tons per day; permitted traffic volume of 177 vehicles per day; total permitted area of 10 acres; and design capacity of 3,525 cubic yards.
