Document Description
The proposed project would redevelop the Project site to provide a retail center with 3 different users/tenants, with the development consisting of a total of 3,000 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant space; in one (1) one-story building. The building will have a drive-through for potential pharmacy or coffee concepts. The center will provide 59 parking spaces. The proposed Project consists of one (1) 3,000 sq. ft. building which is planned to contain a coffee shop drive-through and retail uses. Access to the site would be provided via 2 (2) driveways: one right in/ right out only access on University Parkway and one full access on State Street.
