Note: To use EA/FONSI in lieu of a Neg. Dec. Sixty-seven miles of unauthorized routes and two National Forest System Roads are proposed for decommissioning across the Cleveland National Forest. Eight miles of unauthorized routes would be added to the National Forest Systems as administrative or public Roads and non-motorized or motorized Trails.
