Document Description
The site measures approx 11.664-acre. The proposed project consists of an amendment to the SP that would allow for the development of approx 632 units of housing consisting of market rate townhomes, affordable and market rate apartments, and approx 25,000 sf of commercial and/or retail space. The opportunity to vacate Alameda between Fernwood Ave. and Imperial Hwy will also be explored. Approx 5.6 acres will be developed with ~400 market-rate residential units including studios, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. Some of the units will be self-contained while others may rely on communal amenities such as laundry and parking. The development will also include approx 112 town homes and between 120 affordable housing units in the form of apartments.
