NOTE: Refer to Revised NOP submitted 09/26/2018 The site measures approx 11.59-acre. The proposed project consists of an amendment to the SP that would allow for the development of approx 600+ units of housing consisting of market rate townhomes, affordable and market rate apartments, and approx 10,000 sf of commercial and/or retail space. The opportunity to vacate Alameda between Fernwood Ave. and Imperial Hwy will also be explored. Approx 5.6 acres will be developed with ~400 market-rate residential units including studios, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. Some of the units will be self-contained while others may rely on communal amenities such as laundry and parking. The development will also include approx 100-112 town homes and between 100 and 125 affordable housing units in the form of apartments.
