MSJCCD is proposing a master planned, full-service community college with an enrollment of approx. 15,000 part-time or 10,000 full-time equivalent students and approx. 400 staff at ultimate buildout. The project would be completed in four totaling approx. 495,500 gross SF. Full buildout is scheduled between 2035-38.
