Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-LAN-21987-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Watershed Conservation Authority.
Swales, pipes, and outflow structures specific to stormwater management will be constructed on an existing graded fill shelf and slope above the San Gabriel River. They will convey runoff from the site, north into the San Gabriel River using filtered catch basins, swales, pipes, and energy dissipators. Approximately 0.29 acres will be temporarily impacted during construction of below ground drainage features, which contains 0.15 acres of coastal sage scrub and 0.14 acres of disturbed habitat. Once construction is complete, these areas will be revegetated.
