River Wilderness Park entry improvement project. Components include: Entry roundabout; bike trail extension into the park; install water/sewer lines; under-grounding existing overhead utility lines; constructing; entry gateway, park signage, cafe/office/information building, restrooms, pavilion, loop nature trail, bicycle rest stop, river outlooks, shade grove picnic facility, adventure play area. Grading drainage improvements and vegetated swales, landscape and irrigation system, reconfigure existing parking to accommodate park improvements, realignment and improvement of approx. 900 feet of Old San Gabriel Canyon Road from SR 39 at the Park entry to the property boundary.
