The proposed project consists of the design and construction of two groundwater monitoring wells and related tasks. These monitoring wells will be used to collect data/information (water quality data) to monitor existing contaminant plumes that could potentially impact the District's groundwater supply. These monitoring wells will not result in any serious or major disturbance to an environmental resource and, therefore, this project is exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
