- The scope of work will develop and validate a field method to plan, conduct, and analyze measurements of fugitive methane leaks/emissions from commercial buildings in northern and southern California. One of the project task is to define the commercial sites to conduct field sampling, select a representative set of sites in both northern and southern California with the team site access and then randomly select and take measurements.
