Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is proposing to upgrade Highway Adivsory Radio (HAR) at 28 location. In addition, supporting Extinguishable Message Signs (EMS) will be replaced at three locations in Placer County. Additional paving for vehicle pullout purposes will be constructed at two locations on US 50.
