Document Description
LADWP proposes to replace the existing flexible membrane floating cover of the reservoir with a new one, as the existing one is in poor condition and near the end of its useful life. LADWP intends to make improvements to the reservoir as well, replacing the asphalt liner, installing a cover over existing spill way, and new outlet pipe.
