Document Description
Repair and paint the historic Heilbron Mansion on O Street in Sacramento to preserve and maintain this historic structure. Work will: -Remove non-historic pergola and utilize wood to replace missing pieces on the mansion. -Repair or replace various totting wood components on the exterior of the building -Repair metal roof panels; clean with a pressure washer and coat with an appropriate liquid coating. -Scape, sand, prime and repaint the exterior of the building to match existing color.

The project consists of repair and rehabilitation of an existing historic building. The work will be conducted in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (1995), Weeks and Grimmer, and is included as "activities affecting historic resources, consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR §15300.4
