Document Description
The Purpose of this project is for the replacement of an existing 24' x 56' modular residence at San Clemente State Beach with a 24' x 60' modular. There are no potential impacts expected from this replacement as the new modular shall be within the same footprint as the existing with negligible expansion.

The actions fall under the Department List of Exempt activities as established according to CEQA §15300.4 as: "building repairs" (Class 1, Section 15301) and "replacement or reconstruction" (Class 2, Section 15302).
