Reasons for Exemption
The project is a small-scale habitat enhancement project in which no more than 7 natural wood structures (root wads) will be carefully placed into the Lagoon to benefit the salmonids and other fishes. The project is small in footprint and a short time-frame, therefore minimal potential for adverse environmental impact.
