- This proposed project will include installing a new full-flow-rated streamflow gage and temperature probe immediately downstream of Middle Fork Interbay Dam. The equipment will be located above the normal high water level and no riparian removal or river bank alteration will be necessary. The equipment planned for the installation includes a Waterlog® 350/355 High Level Data Logger (Smart Gas) system, temperature probe, a gauge house, staff gauges, orifice lines, conduit and associated fittings. To support data transmission, a spread spectrum radio will be installed. The system will be powered by a 115 watt solar panel & battery. Data collection will be incorporated into the Agency's existing SCADA network. Data collection activities that do not result in a serious major disturbance to an environmental resource are exempt from CEQA.
