Reasons for Exemption
The tree proposed for removal is dying and falling. The tree has already dropped limbs into Bear Gulch Creek. Should the tree fall completely, there is significant potential for the tree to fall onto existing development, threatening the health and safety of persons. There is also potential for the tree to fall into Bear Gulch Creek, which could cause erosion and flooding dangers to the property owner, and adjacent property owners.
