The project is the restoration Paradise Education Park using Proposition 84 Urban Greening Grant funds. The project will protect existing native vegetation, remove 13,600 sf of impervious surface, and construct new detention basins to treat 99,000 sf of currently untreated stormwater flowing into Paradise Creek.
The project will restore native habitat adjacent to Paradise Creek. Detention basins will treat stormwater flows into Paradise Creek upstream of the SD Bay National Wildlife REfuge.
