- Document Description
- The Applicant proposes a one-time maintenance activity to lollipop willow trees within a soft-bottom channel reach of Medea Creek. Willows will only be trimmed to a maximum of seven feet from the ground. There is water flowing year round so the Permittee will implement a Water Diversion Plan that has been prepared for this project. Prior to start of work, a field crew will rappel down the channel to install/place a water diversion pipe, starting from downstream and continuing upstream. Field crews will perform all tree trimming by hand.
