On August 10, 2015, the Orange County Transportation Authority's (OCTA) Board of Directors authorized staff to issue calls for projects for the Comprehensive Transportation Funding Program's Regional Capacity Program and Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program. This process is the mechanism by which OCTA adminsters competitive funding for streets and roads projects. In response the City of Anaheim is the lead agnecy for the Magnolia Avenue Signal Synchronization Project in partnership with the Cities of Fullerton, Garden Grove, Westminster, Fountain Valley, and Huntington Beach.
