Document Description
This Project would install two automated pay machines (APMs) in the existing parking lot adjacent to the Topanga Ranch Motel. An additional two APM machines would be installed in the existing parking lot at Trippet Ranch. Ground disturbance for all APMs would be minimal and they would be set into concrete footings.
Project conditions to minimize environmental impact shall be incorporated into this project.
