Conversion to vineyard of approx. 17.8 acres (+/- 14.4 net acres), including earthmoving activities and installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, of gently to steeply sloping timberland and non-timberland (slopes typically range from +/- 3% to +/-34%, average slope approx. 16.3%). The project applicant has obtained a THP #1-16-044NAP and Timberland Conversion Permit #624 from CalFire, and prepared an Agricultural Erosion Control Plan as required by Napa County Code (Ch. 18.108, "Conservation Regulations) for the vineyard conversion project.
