Document Description
Conversion of 17.8 gross acres of land to 14.4 net acres of commercial vineyard (Project Site. A Timber Conversion Permit (TCP) and Napa County Erosion Control Plan (ECP) are required for the proposed project. A Timber Harvest Plan (THP) is being prepared concurrently for the harvest of the same 17.8 acres. Vineyard blocks will include wine grapes, internal farm avenues, and space for vineyard maintenance operations. Groundwater will be used for irrigation. Post-project sediment erosion conditions and peak hydrological runoff are projected to be below pre-project conditions. No sensitive habitats, sensitive plant species, or cultural resources occur within the Project Site.
