The project is a proposed master-planned residential community development that would include construction 575 single-family, residential homes on 92.3 acres, a 2.7 net acre mixed-use parcel, 45.8 net acres of passive open space, storm water detention and conservation areas, 13.6 net acres of active parks including a community center, and approx. 4 acres of public facilities and major roadway areas. No changes are proposed within a 35-acre parcel designated as a "Remainder Area" located within the Southeastern portion of the project site and south of the tributary to Markham Ravine.
