A proposed MND and rezoning request to develop 4.05 acres of a 6.3 acre approved Residential Planned Development (PD R-2 "Lau" Condominiums - 70 units approved in 2006) property as a 19 unit single family home subdivision (R-1/R-2). If approved, the project will include development of single-family homes with attached garages, a public street access and a 2.25 acre remainder lot. The entire property will be rezoned to Medium Density Residential curbs, gutters, and sidewalks from the abutting developed street (Stingly Lane). The project will gain access off of Stingy Lane by construction of a 590 ft long public street/cul-du-sac.
