Document Description
Proposal to demolish approx. 5,692 sq. ft. of an existing County jail building, to construct additions totaling approx. 14,629 sq. ft. to include a new 7,647 sq. ft. inmate residential wing, new 2,891 sq. ft. visitation building, 2,700 administration addition, 1,391 sq. ft. storage addition, and to remodel approx. 14,256 sq. ft. of existing inmate residential area to a new program training area and 200 sq. ft. to the medium security facility. The project includes grading of approx. 3,800 cy. of cut and 4,800 cy. of fill, installation of new perimeter security fence, storm water improvements, outdoor recreation, expanded service yard and inmate inact sally ports, removal of 28 existing trees, planting of 28 replacement trees, and site landscaping.
