Building 1. located at the northwest side of the property, consists of a +/- 12,500 sq. ft. building, which has an open floor area of +/- 11,800 sq. ft. to be used for the metal fabrication of five by ten foot trailers commonly rented by U-Haul. Within the +/- 12,500 sq. ft. building, an approximate +/- 700 sq. ft. area has been reserved for a break room and accessible bathrooms. Building 2, located along the westerly property line is an approximate +/- 10,000 sq. ft. building.
